When you open a new country, the usual plan is to make local ads first. That money is spent before you know whether the market buys.

1Upload the winnerChoose the ad with steady results in your current market and upload it.

2Choose the languagePick the new market's language and lip-sync.

3Check the scriptRead the translated script next to the original. On paid plans you can edit any line before it's voiced.

4Launch and decideDownload the video and set up the new market in your ad platform as you normally would. Read the results there: scale it, change it, or stop.
GeckoDub makes the translated video; it does not publish, target or measure your campaigns. The free test is about 15 seconds at reduced quality, so it's for judging the dub, not for running as an ad. Paid plans translate the full video at full quality.

Upload the clip you think will break it: fast talking, music underneath, a hand near the face. The free test shows you a 15-second sample of your own ad, so you can judge the quality before you pay for anything.
Same clip, product held in front of the mouth. Left: other AI dubbing. Right: GeckoDub.
Real ads have products, mics and head turns in front of the mouth. That's where most lip-sync breaks. GeckoDub is built for these shots.
GeckoDub doesn’t create an AI avatar or a new video. It keeps your real footage, your products exactly as they are, and your real speaker with their own voice, cloned. Only the mouth is re-synced to the new language. That’s why it looks natural: it’s still your ad.
Pick a regional option such as Portuguese (Brazil) or German (Austria). It sets the voice, and where the region's language differs, as with Brazilian "você", the script follows it. Check regional words and spelling before dubbing; on paid plans you can edit them.
On paid plans, a freelancer or colleague who speaks the language can read the script next to the original and fix any line before it's voiced. Authletic works this way.
How script review worksOne ad, one market, your normal ad account.
Choose steady results, not last week's spike. One market at a time keeps the result easy to read.
Have someone who speaks the language read the script. Lock product names in the glossary. Use lip-sync if the speaker is on camera.
Write the ad text and headline in the new language, and link to a page in that language if you can. Text burned into the video isn't translated, so use a version without it.
Use the same kind of audience, objective, bidding and budget logic that worked at home, set up for the new country.
Compare click-through rate, cost per purchase and return on ad spend with your home market, and with any ad you already ran in that country.
If it holds up, translate more ads and add the next market. If it doesn't, check the script, the landing page and the offer before you give up on the market.

“It has made creating localised content much easier for us and is definitely helping us move faster and grow in new markets.”

SlovakWe can't promise a result. In Alpine Nation's Dutch test, the story reports: "They tested GeckoDub by translating those videos into Dutch. ROAS improved 42% and CTR 40% […]" That is one brand, one market and one test, not a forecast for yours.
Some countries regulate the language of ads. France's Toubon Law, for example, requires French. Check the rules for your market.

One source film per campaign, translated into 7 languages. 190 videos so far.
Read Fragrance Perfumes's storyA minute of video uses about 8 tokens for translation alone or about 20 with standard lip-sync, so a 30-second ad with standard lip-sync uses about 10 tokens per language. The 2 free test translations are about 15 seconds at reduced quality, so they're for judging the dub, not for running as ads; the full video for your market test needs a paid plan. Plans are monthly and you can cancel any time, so you can stop after a month if the test says no.
