Poland deserves the same ad, not a leftover

When a campaign is made in one language, the extra markets often get it late, with subtitles, or not at all. A Polish reshoot for every new ad doesn't fit a paid social calendar.

    The usual way
    • Subtitles over a voice in another language.
    • A Polish reader over the original, out of sync.
    • Poland gets the campaign after the home market.
    • Collection and product names translated by mistake.
    With GeckoDub
    • Polish speech in the speaker's own voice.
    • Optional lip-sync, standard or HQ.
    • Dub the ad as soon as it works at home.
    • A glossary keeps them as written.

A Polish version in four steps

1Upload the ad that worksMP4, MOV and other common formats, up to 512 MB and 30 minutes.

2Choose PolishPick Polish, then Basic lip-sync, High Quality lip-sync (GoSync 3.0) or none.

3Have it checkedA Polish speaker reads the translation next to the original. On paid plans you can edit any line, including gender forms, register and prices, before it's voiced.

4DownloadDownload the Polish file, with animated subtitles if you added them, and upload it to your ad account yourself.

The free test dubs about 15 seconds of your clip, at reduced quality, so it's for judging the Polish, not for running as an ad. You can read its script; edits apply on a paid plan. Your 2 free test translations can be one clip into Polish and Czech, if you sell in both markets. Text burned into the picture isn't translated, and GeckoDub doesn't publish to ad platforms.

Don't trust AI dubbing in Polish? Good. Test it.

Upload the clip you think will break it: a product held up to the camera, fast talking, a hand near the face. Your 2 free test translations can use HQ lip-sync.

Same clip, product held in front of the mouth. Left: other AI dubbing. Right: GeckoDub.

Lip-sync that holds up in real ads.

Real ads have products, mics and head turns in front of the mouth. That's where most lip-sync breaks. GeckoDub is built for these shots.

We edit your real ad. We don’t generate a new one.

GeckoDub doesn’t create an AI avatar or a new video. It keeps your real footage, your products exactly as they are, and your real speaker with their own voice, cloned. Only the mouth is re-synced to the new language. That’s why it looks natural: it’s still your ad.

What you control in the Polish version

“Will a new voice confuse our audience?”

    Voice

There is no new voice: the Polish dub uses the speaker's own cloned voice, so the person your audience knows is still the one talking. You need the speaker's permission to clone their voice and face.

“Will our collection names get translated?”

    Glossary

Not if they're marked "do not translate" in the Brand Kit glossary. They stay exactly as written. Authletic keeps its collection names there.

    How the glossary works

    One line, localized

English original: "Have you tried it yet?" The Polish has to decide who it is talking to.

    1
Fix the original transcriptCorrect the source once. Sync carries it into every language, so each translation starts from the right words.
    2
Edit any suggested translationSwap a word or phrase for one that fits your brand better, right in the translated script.
    3
Lock names in your glossaryAdd product names once and they stay the same in every language and every video.

Script editing is part of the paid plans. In the free test you see the same review step, but your edits aren’t applied.

    To a woman
    OriginalHave you tried it yet?
Dubbed versionPróbowałaś już?"Have you [woman] tried it yet?"
The past tense agrees with the gender of the person addressed. For a women's brand, the feminine form sounds personal.
    Gender-neutral rewrite (paid plans)
    OriginalHave you tried it yet?
Dubbed versionWypróbuj już dziś."Try it today."
For a mixed audience, rewrite the line so no gender is needed. To keep the question, "Znasz to już?" ("Do you know it yet?") also works, because the present tense isn't marked for gender.

Check these before your Polish ad goes live

Each fix below is a script edit, which applies on paid plans.

    1

    Gender in "you" sentences

In Polish, the past tense and some adjectives change with the gender of the person you talk to. An English line like "Have you tried it?" has to pick a form, or be rephrased to avoid one (see the example above). Check this most in ads for a mixed audience.

    2

    ty or Pan/Pani

Polish has an informal ty and a formal form that is gendered too: Pan to a man, Pani to a woman, Państwo to a group. English "you" doesn't show which one the ad needs, so pick it in the script.

    3

    Prices in złoty

Polish writes prices as 49,99 zł. If the original ad names a euro price, change it in the script before you dub.

“Really good software that was missing from the current AI solutions! It saves us a lot of time producing mass UGC content for our ads.”

    PUELLA

2,455 videos in 7 languages, Polish among them, for 11 country storefronts. Presenters hold a bottle that crosses the face, the case HQ lip-sync (GoSync 3.0) is for.

“It has made creating localised content much easier for us and is definitely helping us move faster and grow in new markets.”

    What a Polish version costs

A minute of video uses about 8 tokens without lip-sync, about 20 with standard lip-sync and about 40 with HQ lip-sync. Each video and language is its own job: ten 20-second UGC ads into Polish with standard lip-sync use about 70 tokens, about 7 per ad.
