    In Mexico and much of Latin America "coger" is vulgar, and the phone is a "celular". The Spanish (Mexico) script uses Mexican words like these, but have someone from each market read it before you scale.

    Which Spanish option fits which market

    The country option sets the voice, and the script follows that country's Spanish: "vosotros" and "móvil" for Spain, "ustedes" and "celular" for Latin America. Check each script before any audio is made, and change prices per country in the script editor (paid plans).     Voiced and written for Spain. Plain "Spanish" in older projects is this option.

    Spanish (Latin America)

    One neutral Latin American voice and script, for a campaign across the region.

    Voiced for Mexico.

    Spanish (US)

    Voiced for Spanish-speaking audiences in the United States.

    Spanish (Colombia)

    Voiced for Colombia.

    Spanish (Argentina)

    Voiced for Argentina. Check that the script uses "vos" where you want it.

    Spanish (Uruguay)

    Voiced for Uruguay. Check "vos" the same way.

    Spanish (Chile)

    Voiced for Chile.

    Spanish (Peru)

    Everywhere else

    There is no separate option for Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia, Paraguay, Central America or the Caribbean. Spanish (Latin America) is the closest fit; have a native speaker read the script.

    Forms of "you"

    Spain says "vosotros" to a group; Latin America says "ustedes". Argentina uses "vos" ("vos tenés"). Check each version's script for the forms you want.

    Words that change meaning

    Everyday words can be harmless in one country and rude or odd in another. Have someone from each market read the script (see the example above).

    Prices

    Spain writes 19,99 €, Mexico writes $199.00 in pesos, and the US version needs dollars. If your ad names a price, change it in each country's script.
