How to Cancel or Downgrade Your Plan

You can cancel or change your plan yourself at any time from your account settings — there's no retention call and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active, tokens included, until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

Cancelling

• Cancel in your account settings; it takes effect at the end of the current period
• No cancellation fee and no notice period
• You keep full access, including your remaining tokens, until that period ends
• Payments are final. Processing costs are incurred the moment a video is generated, so subscription payments aren't refunded — cancel before the renewal date rather than just after it

Download your videos before you go

Generated videos aren't stored indefinitely: they're kept for a limited window on an active subscription (around three months) and for about a month after cancellation. That's enough time to collect what you need, but it isn't a permanent archive — export the renders and source files you still want before that window closes. On Creator Pro and Scale, bulk download will zip a whole batch at once.

Downgrading

• Move from Scale to Creator Pro, or Creator Pro to Starter, whenever you like
• The change lands at your next billing date, so you keep the higher plan's features and allowance for the rest of the period you've paid for
• Check what you're giving up first: bulk upload, animated subtitles and proofreading are Creator Pro and Scale features, and top-up tokens are cheaper on the higher tiers (5% on Creator Pro, 15% on Scale)

Upgrading

Upgrades take effect straight away, so the extra tokens are there when you need them — which matters mid-campaign, when a launch turns out bigger than the plan you picked.

Downgrade, or top up?

Before dropping a tier, compare your last three months of real usage against the allowances: Starter is 100 tokens (~13 minutes of translated video), Creator Pro 350 (~45 minutes), Scale 1,000 (~155 minutes). If your volume is uneven, a lower plan plus occasional top-up tokens often costs less than sitting on a tier you use half of.
